Founded by Roger Young and Livia, YoungBreath was created to help people reconnect with the body’s original design through breath awareness, posture, movement, nervous system regulation, and practical lifestyle changes.

My Story

Roger brings more than 35 years of hands-on experience as a licensed massage therapist, breath coach, and lifelong student of human movement. Since discovering the Buteyko Method in 1997, his work has centered around one core realization:

Many people are not suffering from a lack of oxygen — but from chronic over-breathing, tension, and disconnection from homeostasis.

At YoungBreath, we explore the relationship between:

Our goal is education, awareness, and empowerment.

We believe the body constantly communicates through tension patterns, fatigue, shallow breathing, poor sleep, anxiety, pain, and movement restrictions. When you learn to interpret those signals correctly, the body often begins moving toward balance naturally.
